How to Use

1. Fully charge the controller before first use.
2. Attach the controller securely to the mat.
3. Sit comfortably and place both bare feet flat on the mat.
4. Press the + button to turn the unit on.
5. Press M to select a mode.
6. Use the + and – buttons to adjust the intensity.
7. Reduce the intensity to zero and follow the controller instructions to turn it off.

Begin at the lowest intensity level.
