Refund Policy

Return Window

We accept return requests within 15 days of the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return

All returns must be authorized before sending anything back. To request a return:

  1. Contact us at ezradivineinfo@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and reason for the return
  3. Wait for approval and return instructions — do not ship items back without authorization

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Return shipping is covered — contact us and we will provide instructions at no cost to you.
  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse: Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Some items may also be subject to a restocking fee.

Restocking Fees

Depending on the supplier and product, a restocking fee may apply. We will notify you of any applicable fees before your return is approved.

Damages and Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at ezradivineinfo@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (once approved) and place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.
